La Liga president Javier Tebas considers Neymar”will retire PSG unless he enhances his wages” after talks broke down over his proposed return to Barcelona.
Real Madrid along with the Catalan club were interested in bringing the forward back to Spain the summer, but prior to the European move deadline, Neymar agreed to remain in the Parc des Princes.

“In light of this current market, Neymar will retire at PSG unless he lowers his wages along with his PSG claims,” Tebas stated.

“When you do it from the current market, it is not possible to market again at the price”
